‘Check Up from the Neck Up’ Prioritizes Student Athletes’ Well-Being
Widener University's Counseling and Psychological Services and Athletics departments have teamed up to create a new resource for athletes to support mental health and wellbeing.

Widener students have an exceptional new health-focused resource available to them beginning this spring. Registered dietician Nora Abraham is now part of the Widener Dining program.

What’s cooking? Widener Dining’s own Executive Chef Matthew Clarke recently took home top honors at the Aramark Culinary Excellence competition for the mid-Atlantic region.

Cheer On Our Athletics Teams
Grab your Widener gear and cheer on the Pride at a sporting event. Fair warning: We’re a lively crowd! With 25 varsity teams, Widener competes at the NCAA Division III Intercollegiate level and is a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference—the country’s oldest and largest.

At Widener, there are TONS of events happening each year—and you're invited to many of them! We'll share the latest and greatest upcoming events in our quarterly newsletter, but you're welcome to keep an eye out on our main event calendar as well as our student-driven calendar. Whether it's a theatre show, music ensemble, open mic night, academic conference, or other fun event—we can't wait to welcome you back to campus.

Join Us at Homecoming & Family Week
Homecoming is our can’t-miss celebration each fall. All week long we celebrate the Pride with students, alumni, family, and friends with virtual and in-person events. The spotlight Saturday event brings the entire Widener community to campus for a beer garden, food, live music, family activities, and the main-event Pride football game.
